Scope:
This policy applies to all Canadian and international purchases from Kidsgious.com.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in resealable packaging.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
- Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, sale or discounted items, underwear, used bottles, cups, cutlery, pacifiers, and dishes.
- An original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process:
- Orders can be returned by mail to Kidsgious or in person at our designated location if available.
- If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label via email.

Refunds:
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a specified time frame.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, email care@kidsgious.com and mail the item to the return address listed above.
Gift Returns:
- If marked as a gift, returned items will receive store credit.
- If the gift was not marked or was shipped to the purchaser, any refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on location.
